Banning is not an option....Banning never was...
Heavy machinery came and oust labourers
Computers came and oust clerks
mobile phones killed camera industry
Washing machines killed dhobies (Almost out of business)
Tractors & harvest combines
Vaccum cleaners
Luggage with wheels giving a tough fight to coolies (porter) and
Why not ban cars and motorcycles, which have displaced labour-intensive horse carts???
Did we banned computers, Machines, Mobiles, Washing machines???? No...Why they all made some one loose their job..where were all these politicians then...Congress? huh (Never mind)...The newly wed bride...AAP LOLzz they were not even conceived
My whole point is...Whenever job cuts are there...we don't just ban things..we adjust around them (Coz well you decide where computer n mobile have landed you)
Talking about the poor....Do you think they were well off without tractors or now with tractors (Instead of bullock carts)...I also think the obvious.
So, why this double standards which ultimately hurts the common man, our pockets.
Modi and AAP's Kejriwal are both singing the new tune that retail FDI will fail small shops. With similar economies like Indonesia, we do not see this happening where both huge retailers and small "Kirana wallas" run side by side...
Lets take another example to blow your head off:-
With FDI retailers in INDIA, (If there are job cuts) Prices will go down(You gotta agree this, now I can't/Won't explain this ).
Lets hope they bring the overall prices by 20%.
This extra 20% will be present in consumers pockets and he can spend this on buying groceries, fuel and wat else.
To produce this "extra 20%" more people will be required. and thus new jobs will be created.
There you go...satiesfied!! If not give up and dub maro...
