Its in our own hands to fight the Dollar vs Rupee fight.
The next time you buy anything (Be it a toothpick or a car)
buy Indian made or from an Indian manufacturer.
I would soon be uploading a list of Indian vs foreign brands
and you would find how easy it is to fight dollar and make our rupee stronger
in the international market.
Just to give an
example:-
If each Indian buys just Re. worth of Indian product (Assuming
there are just 100 crore Indians) and @40% tax, the government would get Rs. 40
crores of tax
Also, these Rs. 100 cr worth buying (Indian) product would
mean less foreign brands products being sold, ultimately meaning less dollar outflows.
You will be amazed that how much difference one can make in
our country’s future with just with Re. 1
Buying of Gold
and Oil
I agree that we Indians will never stop buying gold but we
surely can limit it as all the gold is imported from outside and the result
dollar outflows. Same is the story with Petroleum oil (Petrol & Diesel)
